What we will not do matters as much as what we will. We claim no cure for any condition. We never advise anyone to stop or change prescribed medication — that is between you and your physician. Herbal formulas are supplements rather than approved drugs and can interact with medication, so we review your full list first. Needles are single use and sterile, always. And this is not an emergency service: call 911 in an emergency.
Most people feel a dull heaviness rather than pain. Minor bruising, soreness or brief dizziness happen occasionally, and we explain the risks properly before your first treatment rather than afterwards.
Never. They are sterile, single use and disposed of after every treatment. It is worth asking this anywhere you go.
Sometimes, and sometimes not. Several common formulas interact with anticoagulants, blood pressure medication and sedatives. Bring your full list, including supplements, and we will check before prescribing anything.
We make no cure claims for anything, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We will tell you honestly whether this is likely to help your situation, including when the answer is no.
No, and we will never tell you to. Any change to prescribed medication is a decision for the physician who prescribed it.
It draws blood to the surface, leaving round discoloured areas for several days. It is normal, and we show people what to expect beforehand — though we avoid it with bleeding disorders or anticoagulants.
A short call to talk through your situation, with an honest answer.
